(Quickly) My clients now have the fastest way to get property information to their mobile phone. Here is how this works to benefit you. I will register your phone number under my KW account. You will get a text message from KWKLY letting you know that I am setting you up with this innovative system. It is as easy as that and you will be on your way to getting property information on demand via text. You do need to have texting in order to use this great tool. Whose listings? Any homes that are on the market and part of MLS will qualify, NOT just Keller Williams listings! How do you get started? Simply text, call or email me your phone number if you are not an existing client. My Promise: I will not pester you, but I will have to make one follow-up call on the first use of the system to check for quality control and ease of use. When you are ready to see a home, you call me, it is that simple and stress free!! How to use: When you are in front of a home you would like information on, just text in the message box KWRI send to 59559. Once you initiate a text query, you will receive the following message in return “Please reply with the address you would like information on or if you have GPS, click this link: kwkly.com” Results: GPS technology is then used to accurately determine your physical location and deliver all possible results in that location. You should receive a full listing description and interior photos of the home. Listing information is pulled directly from MLS. (Metro PCS is not compatible with this system and you will have to contact the carrier and unblock short codes to use the program).
